Refund policy
Cancelling an order before shipment:
You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund.
Cancelling after shipment/Requesting a Refund:
Cancelling an order after it has shipped is not an option and you will have to wait for the goods to arrive before anything can be done about it. Once you have received your goods you can open a return request via the website, contact form on the website or via your account. You have 14 days from the date you received the item to return it, anything after this is down to our discretion.
Please note that for an item to be returned it must come back in the same condition and packaging as it left in. If it is a sealed TCG item i.e. a Pokémon Booster Pack/Box this must be sealed and in its original shrink wrap with seals untampered with.
To complete your return, we require the email with your order number as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to its manufacturer.
Also note we do not cover return shipping. If you wish to return an item after you have received it you will be responsible for covering the costs of the return shipping. We also recommend sending the item via a tracked or insured service as it is not our responsibility for the goods to arrive back with us. If we do not receive the goods we can not refund you.
Refunds:
Once we have received your item(s) we will begin processing your refund. Once your item is confirmed as being complete, sealed and in the same condition it left in we will process your return.
Late or missing refunds (Where applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for the refund.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed and shown on your statement.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Items (Where applicable)
Depending on the complexity of the claim, it may take a while for the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers to investigate what has happened to your parcel. In some circumstances, we are unable to offer any refunds/returns until the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers have made their decision. On average most of our claims are resolved within 14 days of us opening the claim, however, please allow the couriers some extra time in special circumstances or busier periods of the year.
Dan Solo TCG cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by a customer caused by a delay/lost/misrouted order.
